Rustic land situated between Valtocado and Mijas Pueblo. Total around 60,000m2.

Acording to the Mijas Town Hall the plots can be divided but you would have to see what the Town Hall needs you to have and see if a property can be built on these, depandant also on the new rustic rules and % permitted. There is no water or electric conections. There is water under the ground that can be used and create a well.
