Welcome to this fantastic single-storey house with lots of charm and character!

The house offers two bedrooms, an office and two bathrooms as well as several terraces so you can choose between sun and shade throughout the year. Underfloor heating is available in the living room and bedrooms and A/C in the master bedroom and living room.
The living room has plenty of space for a sofa group, fireplace and a dining area. The kitchen is in an old, rustic style and has plenty of storage and work surfaces.
From the kitchen we come out to another room with space for a long table for gatherings with larger groups. Further in we find a spacious storage room where the washing machine is also located.
From the living room we come out into a glazed conservatory with fully opening doors/windows with space for a dining table and sofa group. From here we come directly out to the pool area and the fantastic, lush garden.

At the back of the house there is a patio with morning sun. Above the garage we find a patio with open views down to the sea and all of Fuengirola. Around the pool there are several places where you can place a dining table, sun loungers and seating areas.
The garden is magnificent and offers beautiful flowers all year round.

This is a house to fall in love with! It offers so much charm and is very beautiful with all the vegetation.
In addition, it is located right between Fuengirola and Mijas Pueblo and it is very quiet and peaceful here. The pool area is completely private and private and offers beautiful views up towards the mountains and Mijas Pueblo.
There is a private garage at the entrance to the house.

Within walking distance we find the restaurant El Muro and by car it only takes a few minutes to large shopping centers, Fuengirola, the sea and the train station. There is also a bus down to Fuengirola and up to Mijas Pueblo.
