The house is connected to a ground floor kitchen and 2 bedrooms which could very easily be returned to a complete home again very simply.

The restaurant (with a fully equipped industrial kitchen), furnished and decorated in a traditional Andalusian style and currently caters for 40 covers inside and 100 covers on the outside terrace the restaurant is currently open every day from 7pm until late all day on a Sunday.
