A recent survey published by Knight Frank confirms that property buyers favour Spain for their second home.
Most of the survey respondents are looking to enhance their lifestyle within the next 12 months. After the UK, Spain is the first choice for a holiday home. Some 56% of the respondents expect reduced property prices, but just 27% of those expect a price discount of more than 10%.
The survey confirms local analysis of the Costa del Sol property market over the past five months.
The new decade has cast everyone into an unprecedented situation resulting in many people re-evaluating their lifestyle goals.
